Who we are
MerchPilotIQ Ltd is a fashion buying, merchandising and commercial strategy consultancy, registered in England and Wales (company number 17453239) and based in London. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, email ian@merchpilotiq.com.

What we collect

• When you download our free guides: your first name, email address, your brand’s stage, and whether you ticked the box to receive tips from us.
• When you contact us or book a call: your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us in your message.
• When you visit the site: basic, anonymous information about how the site is used, such as pages visited, collected through our website platform.

How we use it

• To send you the guides you asked for.
• To reply to your enquiries.
• To send you occasional commercial tips and updates, only if you ticked the box to agree. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can just email us.
• To understand which guides and pages are most useful, so we can improve them.

We never sell your details or share them with anyone for their own marketing.

Who helps us
We use trusted service providers to run the site and our email, including GoDaddy (website and forms) and Microsoft (email). They only process your data on our behalf.

How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as you’re on our mailing list or for up to two years after we last heard from you, whichever is later. After that, we delete them.

Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you emails. Just email ian@merchpilotiq.com and we’ll do it promptly.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
